BigFilebox is a UK company

What is the BigFilebox service?

BigFilebox provides you with an easy and secure way to transfer information.The service is provided by the BigFilebox servers - there's no software for you to install, all you need is a web browser. BigFilebox is available at several different plan levels. The plans page provides full information on what is available for each subscription level. BigFilebox is available as a monthly subscription service. You are assigned an amount of storage space (based on your plan level) and also a monthly bandwidth allowance which resets at the start of each billing period.

Refund and cancellation policy

We offer a free one month trial and we suggest that you use this to determine if the service is of use to you. We do not refund monthly payments once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time either by contacting our customer services as described above, or by logging in with the administrator login for your account, click on My Account at the top right of the screen, and then click "Cancel Plan" under the payment section.

Delivery policy.

All services are delivered as an online service and therefore we don't deliver goods.
